< repost from my fb note >
2010 has been a mix of ups and downs emotion-wise. a lot of things happened, some i even forgot already. hehe.. anyway, i'll try to remember what the year had added to my memorybank. and i'm very thankful that so far each year's getting better and better. :)
~ the 4 times a year get-together with my high school barkada. thanks for the years of friendship and more to come.. :)
~ after 4 or almost 5 years since we last saw each other, was able to meet up with my college friends. too bad elaine wasn't able to come due to emergency, hopefully, next year.. :)
~ the occassional dining with former officemates, catching up and just hanging out with good friends. :)
~ travels : taiwan with dad, too bad wan't able to see much, was just there to see a fair with dad. :(
: last summer outing with combank group at punta de uian... :(
: summer outings with family :)
: last outing for the summer with former officemates at 88 hot spring :)
: last hurrah for the year at coron :)
~ ibank's reunion for its supposed to be 15th year...
~ the very memorable session at cris'... very very memorable for me.. hehe.. :)
~ effectivity of my resignation. after more than 4 years with my first job, i had to move on. but am still trying to find my place, my purpose...
~ had a chance to be a "mentor" to rdee who replaced me at my previous job. hehe.. i found it fun to make outline, schedules and stuff on what to teach about the job, the people and everything. i just hope she understood me. hehe.. :)
~ experienced athlete's life through shobe... i don't like it. and am frustrated with how children are now (thinking, talking, behaving and all)...
~ accomplished one personal goal this year: to watch movie alone. i enjoyed it too much i even did it a couple of times. haha. now, i don't like watching movies with anyone after experiencing the personal joy of watching alone.. haha.. :)
~ learning to accept someone for who he is, understanding his flaws and all. just being there for the person and accepting that maybe one of my life's purpose is to meet and help people cope up. knowing never to give up on people and be proud that i have enough patience, understanding and positivity for people i meet despite their negativeness in life.

: maybe there's no single one soulmate. you can fall in love many times and it depends on what stage you are in your life. your soulmate requirements or deal-breakers change with you. it's about being with someone you can count on and be yourself with. imagining the perfect soulmate is exciting, but isn't it more exciting to admit and acknowledge that you just don't know who you'll truly connect with one day?

new books
bought books today.. hehe.. sherlock holmes volume 1 and 2. i want to read it already but they're so thick. hmmm... plus, my sister said it would give me headache if i read it in one sitting. i just hope i could finish them both 'coz i think i remember that i used to like borrowing sherlock holmes books during high school and college but i think i wasn't able to read them because of the super thick book and tiny fonts. hehe, thus, i don't really remember any of his stories. because i wasn't able to read any. tsktsk. anyway, i'll try my very hardest to read them now. :) goodluck to me.

storybooks 2
yesterday, i went to nbs as father told me that i could have my defective craft puncher returned/exchanged there. but they didn't allow me, told me i have to go to the branch where i bought the item. oh well, i'll just forget about it 'coz i don't want to go all the way to makati just for that. it's just less than a hundred pesos and if i'll commute, expense would be just a couple pesos difference. nevermind!
so, i looked around the store looking for their stocks of punchers, but i found none. i wouldn't ask for assistance anyway, hehe. and so, i just looked for some books instead. of course, i looked for the children's section for the "classic starts" books. i went over them one by one and only found 2 books i liked. and, of course, i've finished reading them both today. hehe. addict!

i was touched by the story and actually got teary eyed. hehe. i have an idea on the story but didn't really know the whole story. i have mixed emotion on sara having to create stories to make her life easier. :) anyway, it's highly recommended. :)

well, i think i used to like sherlock holmes when i was still in school. hehe. but then again, when i watched the movie of the same title, i realized i can't actually remember any of his stories. all i know is that he's a good detective. tsktsk. and so, i bought this book and although it's really confusing how he really solves the case, how he interprets things, etc. it's just nice to read mystery type of books once in a while, hehe. i just might look out for other sherlock holmes books out there. though, i know that it could be frustrating with the little font books and stories could be lenghty, just for the fun of reading. hehe.

story books
yesterday, we went to nbs to buy manila paper for shobe and of course, i can't leave the store without checking out the books. hehe. anyway, i wasn't able to buy any books for me, also, i was saving my purchases for the book fair next month.
anyway, shobe was in the children's books corner looking and when i approached her to ask if there's any she likes, she showed me some but i told her it's quite expensive. so, we browsed around then, that's when she said that she needs to buy book for their book review. father got impatient 'coz he said we've been in the store for an hour already looking for a book. it's really hard to find one since according to her, her old books (the ones i bought for her just last year) were for kids already. argh! she's 11 and in grade 6 so, i don't really know which type of books to give her. my other sister asked the sales lady for elementary books used for book reviews, and we were in the right shelves. but it's so hard to choose. 2nd sis and i browsed around and found some but shobe didn't liked any, she wanted the book that was a little thick and had only words in it. we told her to choose another 'coz she's not really a reader and we know she won't read that book. hehe. anyway, after so much deliberation (having more than one sister plus parents makes choices wider and choosing harder, hehe) plus the fact that shobe was in her bad behavior of her "i want this, i don't want that", below are the books we bought. thinner, larger font and had drawings. phew!

me and 2nd sis chose this and told shobe she has to read this and i'll buy her the book she wanted (a little princess)

i think i was the one who chose this 'coz i wanted to read it. hehe..

3rd sis wanted to read this, so do i, and shobe.. hehe
being addicted to books, of course, i had to read them today. haha. and i did. finished all 3 books earlier and i was disappointed with the prince and the pauper. i felt that dr.jekyll and mr.hyde's ending was "bitin" and i knew from the start that they're one and the same person, just read the book for the whole story. then, i liked dracula most among the three 'coz i don't really know his story aside from him being a vampire. hehe.
so, i'm now off to finish my book. am done with the story books, but honestly, i've got a list of the other titles i'll be buying next time. haha. :)

nail polish
alas! after a very very long hiatus from one of the things i liked before, i'm back to the nail polishing days. hehe.. i can remember that i used to love nail polish especially those pretty colored ones. not those common pink, red, violet ones. hehe. anyway, when i started working, i was just able to maintain having polished nails in the early days then gradually stopped. i can't remember being told personally about it but i think there was a time we were reminded of the proper banking grooming and of course, that nail polish should be as minimal or natural as possible. hehe.. of course, feeling guilty, i stopped.
but, now that i'm not in the workforce anymore, i just suddenly felt the want to have my nails polished.. hehe.. but i'm now more for the simpler, natural, less eye catchy colors. maybe it's with the age also? oh man! i'm feeling so old again. hehe..
well, here's a pic of my latest purchase of nail polish. i'm trying them starting tomorrow. haha. :)

( fast-dry top coat, lilac pearl, cappuccino, love orchid )

going the distance (movie)
i want to watch....

Drew Barrymore and Justin Long star in this romantic comedy about a long-distance romance that may be worth fighting for. Garrett (Long) is still nursing the wounds from a recent breakup when he meets Erin (Barrymore), an unflinchingly honest girl with a big talent for bar trivia. Hitting it off immediately, the pair spend a romantic summer together in New York City. It was supposed to be a summer fling, but as fall approaches and Erin returns to San Francisco, the spark is still there. Subsequently dividing his days between working and hitting the bars with best friends Box (Jason Sudeikis) and Dan (Charlie Day), Garrett drops everything whenever Erin calls. The more Garrett's phone rings, the more his pals begin to suspect that their drinking buddy is taking the relationship a little too seriously. And they're not the only ones; Erin's sister, Corrine (Christina Applegate), is keen to ensure that her smitten sibling doesn't repeat the mistakes of her past, and she makes no attempts to sugarcoat the fact that she disapproves of the coast-to-coast romance. But the heart wants what the heart wants, and as the texting becomes more intense, both Garrett and Erin start to suspect that their summer fling may just be the real thing.

you're the one that i don't want
Finished reading the book You're The One That I Don't Want.
It was good, nicely written and entertaining that I just can't stop wanting to finish it. hehe.. Anyway, basically there's 2 love stories in the book. Of course, the story of the main female character, then her room mate's. Both were nicely thought and really kept me wanting to read more and guessing how their stories would end and who they will end up with. Good to say I was satisfied with the ending and glad that I finished it and was actually happy with the book. :)

Life is About Correcting Mistakes
Diane married Jojo this day. At the end of the wedding party, Diane's
mother gave her a newly opened bank saving passbook.
With 1,000 pesos deposit amount.
Mother: 'Diane, take this passbook. Keep it as a record of your marriage
life.. When there's something happy and memorable happened in your new
life, put some money in. Write down what it's about next to the line.
The more memorable the event is, the more money you can put in. I've
done the first one for you today.
Do the others with Jojo. When you look back after years, you can know
how much happiness you've had.'
Diane shared this with Jojo when getting home. They both thought it
was a great idea and were anxious to know when the second deposit can be
made.
This was what they did after certain time:
- 7 Feb: Php 100, first birthday celebration for Diane after marriage
- 1 Mar:Php 300, salary raise for Jojo
- 20 Mar:Php 200, vacation trip to Disney Land Hongkong
- 15 Apr:Php 2000, Diane got pregnant
- 1 Jun:Php 1000, Jojo got promoted
..... and so on...
However, after years, they started fighting and arguing for trivial
things.They didn't talk much.
They regretted that they had married the most nasty people in the
world.... no more love...
Kind of typical nowadays, huh?
One day Diane talked to her Mother:
'Mom, we can't stand it anymore. We agree to divorce. I can't imagine
how I decided to marry this guy!!!'
Mother: 'Sure, girl, that's no big deal. Just do whatever you want if
you really can't stand it. But before that, do one thing first. Remember
the saving passbook I gave you on your wedding day? Take out all money
and spend it first. You shouldn't keep any record of such a poor
marriage.'
Diane thought it was true. So she went to the bank, waiting at the queue
and planning to cancel the account.
While she was waiting, she took a look at the passbook record. She
looked, and looked, and looked. Then the memory of all the previous joy
and happiness just came up her mind. Her eyes were then filled with
tears. She left and went home.
When she was home, she handed the passbook to Jojo, asked him to
spend the money before getting divorce.
The next day, Jojo gave the passbook back to diane. She found a new
deposit of Php 5000.. And a line next to the record: 'This is the day I
noticed how much I've loved you thru out all these years. How much
happiness you've brought me.'
They hugged and cried, putting the passbook back to the safe.
Do you know how much money they had saved when they retired? I did not
ask.I believe the money did not matter any more after they had gone thru
all the good years in their life.
"When you fall, in any way,
Don't see the place where you fell, Instead see the place from where
you slipped.
Life is about correcting mistakes."

king arthur and the witch (reposting)
King Arthur and the Witch
Young King Arthur was ambushed and imprisoned by the monarch of a neighboring kingdom. The monarch could have killed him but was moved by Arthur's youth and ideals. So, the monarch offered him his freedom, as long as he could answer a very difficult question. Arthur would have a year to figure out the answer and, if after a year, he still had no answer, he would be put to death.
The question?... What do women really want? Such a question would perplex even the most knowledgeable man, and to young Arthur, it seemed an impossible query. But, since it was better than death, he accepted the monarch's proposition to have an answer by year's end.
He returned to his kingdom and began to poll everyone: the princess, the priests, the wise men and even the court jester. He spoke with everyone, but no one could give him a satisfactory answer.
Many people advised him to consult the old witch, for only she would have the answer.
But the price would be high; as the witch was famous throughout the kingdom for the exorbitant prices she charged.
The last day of the year arrived and Arthur had no choice but to talk to the witch She agreed to answer the question, but he would have to agree to her price first.
The old witch wanted to marry Sir Lancelot, the most noble of the Knights of the Round Table and Arthur's closest friend!
Young Arthur was horrified. She was hunchbacked and hideous, had only one tooth, smelled like sewage, made obscene noises, etc He had never encountered such a repugnant creature in all his life.
He refused to force his friend to marry her and endure such a terrible burden; but Lancelot, learning of the proposal, spoke with Arthur.
He said nothing was too big of a sacrifice compared to Arthur's life and the preservation of the Round Table.
Hence, a wedding was proclaimed and the witch answered Arthur's question thus:
What a woman really wants, she answered.... is to be in charge of her own life.
Everyone in the kingdom instantly knew that the witch had uttered a great truth and that Arthur's life would be spared.
And so it was, the neighboring monarch granted Arthur his freedom and Lancelot and the witch had a wonderful wedding..
The honeymoon hour approached and Lancelot, steeling himself for a horrific experience, entered the bedroom. But, what a sight awaited him. The most beautiful woman he had ever seen lay before him on the bed. The astounded Lancelot asked what had happened
The beauty replied that since he had been so kind to her when she appeared as a witch, she would henceforth, be her horrible deformed self only half the time and the beautiful maiden the other half.
Which would he prefer? Beautiful during the day....or night?
Lancelot pondered the predicament. During the day, a beautiful woman to show off to his friends, but at night, in the privacy of his castle, an old witch? Or, would he prefer having a hideous witch during the day, but by night, a beautiful woman for him to enjoy wondrous intimate moments?
What would YOU do?
What Lancelot chose is below. BUT....make YOUR choice before you scroll down below. OKAY?
Noble Lancelot said that he would allow HER to make the choice herself.
Upon hearing this, she announced that she would be beautiful all the time because he had respected her enough to let her be in charge of her own life.

You’re The One That I Don’t Want - Alexandra Potter
just bought a new book today. wasn't able tor resist the cute cover aside from the fact that i like the author and the story of the book. hehe.. hopefully will be able to read the book this week.

How do you know he's The One?
Are you getting butterflies just thinking about him?
Have you dreamt of marrying him?
Do you just know?
When Lucy meets Nate in Venice, aged 18, she knows instantly he's The One. And, caught up in the whirlwind of first love, they kiss under the Bridge of Sighs at sunset. Which – according to legend – will tie them together forever.
But ten years later, they’ve completely lost contact. That is, until Lucy moves to New York and the legend brings them back together. Again. And again. And again.
But what if Nate isn't The One? How is she going to get rid of him? Because forever could be a very long time...
A funny, magical romantic comedy about how finding The One doesn't always have to mean happily ever after.

inception

just watched the movie inception earlier with my hs friends. the movie was a bit confusing and totally fictional. the only thing that got me to finish the movie was this cute actor who played arthur. hehe. of course i did my usual research and found out he's joseph gordon-levitt. i read his bio and learned that he's also in the movie 10 things i hate about you which i liked when i was younger. he was actually the cute guy there! hehe.. but seeing him now, he's really more than cute. as the other bloggers said, he's "hot!". hehe.. i totally agree. he's so simple but there's this different kind of appeal he has that got me attracted to him. *drool drool drool*

being filchi
Let me quote from a facebook post of someone i know that goes like : "Some ask, do you consider yourself Filipino or Chinese?"
Come to think of it, being Filipino-Chinese is not easy. Here in the Philippines, it's common to see Fil-Chi people everywhere. Some may look like the typical Chinese with those almond shaped eyes and fair skin while some may look as Filipino with the moreno skin and Filipino like features. You can never be sure if the one beside you is one.
But how can one really tell if s/he is Fil-Chi? Is it based on having a Filipino and a Chinese parents? Or do we just count back on our family tree for any Filipino and Chinese descendant? How far should we go and how many percentage as we oftenly rate ourselves before we can consider ourselves as Filipino-Chinese? And if one has both Chinese parents and even their descendants are Chinese but had all lived here in the Philippines eversince, can we also count them as Fil-Chi?
There may be other more criteria of whether one is to be called as Fil-Chi or not, but I believe there's more to it than just one's ancestry. I think that Fil-Chi is not merely a combined nationality but also a culture in itself. Having a mix of both Filipino and Chinese culture, it's more diversed but could also be confusing. A Fil-Chi is raised to have a broader perspective, having to live both the Filipino and the Chinese way of living. A downside might be if one encounters contradicting stands on some issues. Then, there are also some families that could either choose to live a Filipino or a Chinese lifestye. This I guess, to refrain further complications.
Now, my answer to the question if I were asked if I consider myself Filipino or Chinese. Honestly, I can't tell. I don't feel being hundred percent Filipino or hundred percent Chinese or being more Filipino or more Chinese. I think I'll have to stick to being a Fil-Chi instead. Which I believe would allow me to safely say like what other people replied to the FB post earlier that if I'm with a Filipino group, I'm a Filipino and if with Chinese crowd, I'm Chinese. This is also to avoid being told to be denying your being Filipino or Chinese. These, as being raised in enjoying both the Filipino and Chinese lifestyle.
***But, life as a Fil-Chi doesn't end there. On my next post, my take as a Fil-Chi.

jejemon
my first encounter with the word "jejemon" was yesterday from a friend's fb update about a group named "gotta catch the all jejemon" or something like that. then, this morning, manila bulletin's SCU featured several articles about jejemons. i actually read everything and i hated it. from my understanding, jejemons are those who has this "special" way of typing words. jejemon which came from jeje = hehe (they say that this is from pronouncing Juan with J sounding like H thus hehe became jeje).
anyway, from the samples cited in the articles, i was so irritated and had a very hard time understanding what they meant. if before, people would add extra letter H to words and names to make pa-cute, with jejemons, extra letters are everywhere!
although i agree with those interviewed if they are pro or against jejemons, rico blanco even compared it with gay lingo and the other pinoy lingos appearing every now and then (like churva, lurkey, etc). but as my mom said, it's not comparable 'coz with the gay language and the other lingos, they only "create" their special words to replace the normal ones. but with the jejemons, they totally "overhaul" all of the words which makes it totally hard if not impossible to understand what they mean. it's much worse than the text lingo.
i also came to know that gibo was actually against this and they say he has a picture spreading with a note about making these jejemons return to elementary. hehe. this is really a very disturbing news which would really affect (for me) Filipinos' reputation. though these jejemons would say that this is just their way of expressing themselves, to stand out or be cute, most people find them as being idiots who do not know how to spell. too sad coz there are some educated ones that are influenced to be jejemon typist.

bodyshaper
as i was going through old newspapers, i read an article about bodyshaper (those clothing that squeezes our body fats and make our body shapely, hehe). anyway, what caught my attention was that there's also bodyshaper for males! i didn't know that.. hehe.. anyway, guys also need any help there is to make them also look and feel physically attractive. thanks to the inventor/s of such things, even for some time and less expensive than surgery, we can feel and look attractive, less those unflattering bulges that won't leave us. hehe.

photography 101
today, we had the photography 101 conducted by dyowi contreras at intramuros branch, sponsored by our HR. this is also my last activity with the bank.
first, he lectured on the basics of photography and the cameras. then we went to intramuros to take pictures based on his assignment. but, honestly i didn't complied to the assignment and just took 20 shots of pictures. hehe. but unfortunately my pics weren't even checked since i don't have memory card for my cam (it has a big built in memory) and i didn't bring my cable connector.
anyway, i'll just post my pictures taken earlier. enjoy.

diary of a wimpy kid
went to Trinoma this afternoon with mom & youngest sis to watch movie (actually, to avail of citibank's cinema promo). anyway, when we got to the mall, the lights were a little dim and it's hot, we're not sure if it's brownout or if they're just conserving electricity.
we went to the topmost floor where the cinemas were located to buy our tickets. but, we had to walk the escalator which were all not functioning. argh! i felt i didn't leave the house with the hotness and perspiration, hehe. anyway, we just walked and stood around for about 45 minutes since it would be difficult to wlk down then up the escalator, i really got dizzy looking at them while walking up. hehe..
oh, by the way, there were not much movies to choose from so we just watched "dairy of a wimpy kid." my youngest sis wanted to watch it even before but i strictly refused to let her since i felt it was just nonsense based on the title of the book plus the movie poster. but now, i stand corrected. it's not all nonsense, there were lessons here and there but still, it was just an average killing-time type of movie.
below are the movie poster, synopsis (got it from trinoma cinema site). hehe.

Synopsis:
A young boy enters middle school believing that he's destined to become rich and famous someday. He sets out to become one of the popular kids and end up in the class favorites section of the yearbook, but everything he does just turns out wrong.

finance 101
just finished a "lecture" from dad contradicting boss' finance 101. still dazzed with information overload. points i loved were : (1) "cash is the king" (to be able to buy things at discounted prices) side by side that as much as possible avoid loans (because of the interests) (2) grandpa's lesson to dad -> the reas...on why money has 4 corners and people only has 2 feet, we'll never catch up running after money.

miss you like crazy

miss you like crazy -> nakakakilig, nakakatawa, nakakaiyak, but most of all, nakaka-frustrate... what will you do if you'll be foretold that after 5 years, you'll end up together, but in between those time, things will be difficult? will you still hold on to the love or let go?
quotable quotes mode : (1) love is not the only reason why we leave someone or stay. (2) time is meaningless when you're in love. <- paulit ulit ito sinabi sa movie, tsktsk... (3) pinagtagpo tayo uli maybe not for a happy ending but a second chance to end things.

right here waiting music video
also saw sarah's video on her revival of the said song. was quiet shocked to know that she did a revival of this. anyway, my only concern was i don't get the concept of her video. what? why? eh? what's with those 2 weird looking outfits and the medieval looking setting. one of her outfit was like that of those in harry potter's movie and the other one, i can't exactly find the words to describe. oh well, i just don't know why is her video like that. hehe.. :)

beautiful girl music video
just saw christian bautista's music video of his revival of jose mari chan's beautiful girl.
was wondering all throughout the video as to why is it that christian's with different girls? only to find out in the end that there's 4 of him. hehe.. nice and funny.. :)

40 stories of finding your one true love
just finished reading the book by bo sanchez.
was quite excited and happy when i started two nights ago but as i continued reading the rest of the stories, i somehow got dissatisfied. one thing was that some of the stories were just 2 pager where they didn't even went into details about their story. i was hoping these were stories of at least how they met, being in the relationship, struggles, and endings. but i was really disappointed to see that full stories were just every other story or so. :( to think i tried my best not to read the entire book in one sitting coz i was taken by mica's comment that she takes in every story, to take note of the "kilig" factor which i didn't felt in some of the stories.
basically the story was partly advertising bo's popular book "how to find your one true love" and his seminar with the same title. most of the stories in this book mentioned about these two one way or another. sample was : after reading bo's book or attending his seminar with the same title, they got inspired / motivated by bo's advice of how to find their one true love (like how to identify if s/he is the one) also, most of the stories were about people who were members of religious groups like SFC (singles for christ) and LSS (life in the spirit seminar).
i'll just have to read it again and choose which story / stories i liked best. 'til then... :)

loving singleness and living fabulously
"shoshotain" -> word of the day from eugene domingo... use in a sentence -> may mga tao talagang shoshotain..
from the show's talk about why there are people that are goodlooking, intelligent but are still single. like she said, there's really just some people that are meant to be courted / in a relationship (hence the word "shoshotain") and there are those that are just meant to be single.
just watched full time moms and their topic for today is single and fabulous. of course their guests are single ladies who are living fabulously. one of them is eugene whom i've liked since her movie kimi dora. she's really funny but it's only now that i know she's single. but she's happy, contented and loves her freedom. it's true that if you're single you get to do whatever things you want whenever, how ever, and wherever you want without thinking if your partner agrees or likes to join. of course like she said, there are of course times that you feel jealous of couples and wanted to experience having someone to call and be sweet. but being single doesn't mean being lonely in the same way that if one is in a relationship s/he is happy. i believe it depends on how the person handles things.
i can relate with their topic of loving singleness and living fabulously. i've learned to totally love singleness though i don't totally feel the fabulously part yet, hehe. i've come to fully embrace the idea of singleness and being happy with my freedom plus the fact that it's been a year that i actually haven't been atracted to or liked anyone. it seems so long since i've last crushed on someone as in really crush. wow! maybe partly it's because of my lack of interaction with the opposite sex, but the fact also remains that i didn't even attempted to really try to even find someone to like or something. for me that's something 'coz when i was younger (here i go again feeling old, hehe) i used to just find anyone to like/crush on just to have a motivation or inspiration. come to think of it, i can't remember when or how exactly did i come to accept and start living being single and happy. i've finally come to accept that maybe it's not yet my time to find my someone (not necessarily the one), but maybe i'm not yet really ready yet, even if i feel and think i'm ready to be in a relationship, i guess i truly am not yet.
with that, i focused with work and spending more time with friends. hence, last year had been my friendship year where i've got to enjoy times with my friends.
now, my goal this year is to make it my personal "Me" year. hoping to finally be able to do things i've long wanted but wasn't able to due to work and my katamaran. hehe.. first start was to resign from my 4 year job and help out in the family biz, hoping to find time for my list of to do things. :)

marriage with expiration?
what's happening??? people are actually pushing to have an expiration for marriage? after 10 years of marriage, you can either renew or not. tsktsk...
hmmm... according to the news, they're still looking on it... haayy.. it's because the number of annulment cases are growing each year and one of the party list thinks this could be the solution...
pros : for marriages with domestic violence and the likes
: for partners that never worked out
cons : marriage is not a game
: it loses it's sacredness
: for above mentioned pros, partners would have to wait for 10 years before they could do anything about ending their marriage

my 2010 planner...
at last! after waiting and choosing and going over countless planners, i finally settled to but the long named planner i found online. hehe.
THE "I-was-supposed-to-get-that-coffeehouse-planner-but-I-got-fat/broke-on-the-10th-frappe" PLANNER 2010
i was so excited since yesterday to get my order and to see personally how the planner looks like. well, there were limited pics posted online. so when i learned that i'd be getting the planner today, i was really excited to go home early, and after going over it page by page, i LIKE it. hehe.. it's very unique and super funny (i'll try to post pics in the next days of my favorite pages) but mostly, it made a point : to be an anti-starbucks planner... hehe... :)
to know more on what i'm rambling about, here's their site.. enjoy!
